Q. Will cleaning my roof damage my shingles?

Flo Pro Soft Wash will clean your roof with no damage to your shingles using the only method approved by the Asphalt Roofing Manufactures Association (ARMA). This process will not void your warranty and will prolong the life of your shingles..

Q. Is your roof/house cleaning guaranteed?

Yes all of our work comes with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. WE GUARANTEE OUR ROOF CLEANING FOR 24 MONTHS. If you see any dark stains caused by algae, moss or lichen we will return within that time and will retreat it for free.

Q. Will your soft washing damage my house siding or windows?

Absolutely not. We use only the best detergents and solutions available. This ensures that the detergents and solutions will kill the algae, moss, lichen and dirt without damaging your structure. We then use low pressure to rinse off the detergents and solution. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Q. Will you burn, kill or harm any of my plants, bushes, grass?

Being conscientious homeowners ourselves we understand the pride in having a nicely landscaped yard. Accordingly, we take extra precautions to make sure nothing is harmed during our cleaning process We want you to have a clean house, roof, windows etc to go with your beautiful yard.

Q. What will Soft Washing remove?

Softwashing is an alkaline based cleaning process and will remove many things like: Most Organic material, Algae, Moss, Mildew, Lichen, Pollen, Loose Dirt, Spider Webs, Bug Droppings, Bird Droppings and more

Q. What wont Soft Washing remove?

Inorganic material, Grease Based Stains, Oil Based Stains, Tar Splatter, Paint drips, Rust Stains, Oxidation, Chalking, Tree Sap, "Fallout", Artillery Fungus

Q. What is Fallout?

Fallout is an industry term for grease, oil or mineral based airborne matter that is deposited over time onto the siding of homes and buildings. Fallout usually occurs on the side of homes or building close to and facing a busy road. Fallout can occur in areas near industrial parks, factories, etc. Fallout will not be removed with alkaline based cleaner or pressure washing alone. Fallout usually requires a acid based cleaner with manual agitation. Over time if left uncleaned, Fallout can permanently damage vinyl siding. See a picture here

Q. What is Artillery Fungus?

Artillery Fungus, or Shotgun Fungus, is a wood-decay fungus that likes to live on moist landscape mulch. Artillery Fungus, looks like little black spots usually on siding over and within twenty feet of mulched area or wood chipped areas. Artillery Fungus is very difficult to remove, usually requiring each black spot to be scrapped. See a picture here

Q. How often should I get my house, driveway, pool deck etc washed?

Flo Pro Soft Wash strongly recommends that you have your property cleaned at least once every two to three years, some location may need to be cleaned more often because of higher moisture or shade. Maintaining a clean property will prolong the life of your properties surfaces. Some clients prefer to have there property cleaned annually like a spring cleaning to keep there home looking its best. Flo Pro Soft Wash will send you friendly reminders after three years, more frequently if you request.
